Concrete Coring

Concrete coring is a precise method of drilling circular holes through reinforced concrete, block or brick structures or asphalt surfaces. It’s often used during ground investigations to access underlying soils or to take structural samples.

Using a diamond core drill, we create clean, accurate holes with minimal disruption. Cores are taken to be logged for granular and reinforcement content or sent to the lab for further testing.

The extracted samples are logged, labelled, and sent to a laboratory if needed, with all relevant data reported back to the client for inclusion in technical reports.

Then with the surface core removed, further deeper investigation can be carried out, with any ground gas or water installations secured with flush covers. In order to eliminate any car parking, working or playing surface obstructions. We will send a picture of flush installed cover.
