As its now a compulsory required report, to satisfy planning and water authorities across the UK, SI Ground Investigation have taken on board the logistics needed and made it easy to carry out BRE365 Soakaway testing hassle free.

Whilst having to consider the storm water / surface drainage from your site, either tapping into existing water utility services or an existing water course, both of which can be expensive, its always advisable to carry out Soakaways beforehand to see whether your site is or is not feasible for your engineer to design a Soakaway system.

We can provide an excavator and plant to excavate the required sized pit or use plant that’s available on site. Then with our petrol engine pump on our 2000ltr bowser, fill the pits with water, then carry out BRE365 Soakaways to determine the percolation within the natural strata.

With over 100m of hose, those difficult to reach areas are no longer a problem, being able to extract or pump water wherever needed. The calculations are made by our onsite engineer and then presented to the client.
